For our 100th batch, we brewed up an assertively hopped American Pale ale, featuring HBC586, an newer hop variety that delivers intense notes of berry and citrus. The addition of Mosaic amplifies those fruit notes, while adding some darker tones.

Draft. Golden beer with a whitish head. Tropical fruit and grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and tropical fruit linger.
