This time we brewed with Southern Hemisphere hops sourced straight from @garstonhops , a small, picturesque farming region in New Zealand. The terroir here is incredible, think white flowers, wild berries, and zesty lime. We went big with a 50/50 copious dose of Motueka + Riwaka hops to create a bright, expressive crusher.

One of our most solid malt bills yet, paired with thiolized yeast to unlock those lush tropical aromatics. A wild, floral, citrusy 𝐑𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐚π₯𝐞 that’s a must-try for hop lovers.

On tap at The Magnet, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some detergent notes, a bit of muddy yeast, and a touch of hop melon. Flavour is much cleaner, with plenty of melon, hop tang, a little bit of earthiness, and a dry finish. Great NZ expressionβ€”much better than the average hazy.

16oz. Nearby Ryan's house, tailgate tasting with Alex waiting for Pictoman coming back from his political event 😁
Aroma: a lot of NZ hops, car exhausts territory.
Taste: along the same lines, grassy, moderately bitter.
Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy pale yellow with small white head. Dank gas fumes, tangy hops, lightly tropical, soft creamy mouthfeel, comes together nicely, easy drinking.
