So this is a take on our delicious pale ale. With this beer we used freshly harvested Cascade hops, grown right here on our farm, in every process of the beer from the mash to the brite tank. Wet hops were used in the mash, first wort, boil, a hop back, and as a "dryhop". It creates a wonderful aroma and flavor of fresh grass and citrus and has the flavor to back it as well. Cheers from our farm to your glass!

Keg at the brewpub. Hazy amber, large foamy white head, decent retention. Aroma of citrus and toasted malt. The taste is citrus, green hops, tea, toasted malt. Thin-medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness, low carbonation.
