So this is a take on our delicious pale ale. With this beer we used freshly harvested Cascade hops, grown right here on our farm, in every process of the beer from the mash to the brite tank. Wet hops were used in the mash, first wort, boil, a hop back, and as a "dryhop". It creates a wonderful aroma and flavor of fresh grass and citrus and has the flavor to back it as well.
