Darty Red Ale is our take on a classic American craft style. Too dark to be an amber, too light to be a brown - this beer contains flavours and aromas of both. Caramel, toasty and roasty are rounded out with a delicate touch of west coast hops.

On tap at Battery Park. Pours murky ruddy brown with a white head. Bready malts and black pepper on the nose. Flavour has a great toasted bready malt profile accentuated by these black pepper notes. Not sure where these spicy notes are coming from but it really works. This is one of the best reds I've had in a while.
