2025 is the year of the APA, and Garage Beer Co brings back an old favorite: MIST PRISM. Inspired by our good friend Bobby, formerly of Barrier Brewing, we’ve revived his all-time favorite hop combo: Mosaic and Columbus in the dry hop, paired with Amarillo in the whirlpool.
Fermented with Bry 97 yeast for a clean profile, letting the hops and malt shine. The result is a balanced, refreshing and gluten free American Pale Ale with citrus, resinous notes and a candy-like hop character.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light fruity and piney nose. Bready, herbal, light fruity and piney with resiny touch in the finish. Soft bitterness.
