A West Coast-style IPA brewed with KCBC and the mighty ancient grain Fonio. We brewed our first Fonio collab with KCBC over in Brooklyn (a lager), and now we’ve brought it home to AE with a hoppier twist. Clean, dry, and punchy with that subtle earthy complexity from the Fonio…we think you’re going to dig it.

Draft at the brewery, 9/7/25. Mostly clear yellowish color, white head. Bright grapefruit, pine, apricot. Nicely bitter on the finish. Quite flavorful. Good mouthfeel, with a nicely dry finish. Quality brew.
