Bottle brought by me to Rome tasting glad this survived the voyage across the Atlantic. Smells wonderful of strawberry and Brett and dank forest. Tastes of strawberry, grapes, white wine, oak, mango, and Brett. Lively palate and so refreshing. Another winner from Anchorage.

750ml bottle from Bottlecraft North Park, San Diego, CA
Pours hazy orange with a foamy white head. Aroma of juicy fruits, oaky notes, bretta, citrus, lemon, grapefruit and wood. Taste is juicy fruity, slightly tartish with loads of bretta, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, hints of oak and wood. Finish is juicy fruity, hoppy and slightly tart with some bretta, citrus, oak and wood. Really tasty and balanced. Refreshing, yet complex. Nom nom.

750 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy gold with light head. Aromas of funk and gummy bears with some additional tropical fruit notes. Fuzzy flavors of brett, oranges, peaches, green fruit and sweetened lemons. Possibly a bit of new oak. Nice,

Bottle. Clear straw color. Aroma of earthy damp haystacks and iverripe grapefruit. Taste is dank, fruity, dusty and bone dry. Textbook example of the style. Awesome.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is heaven, lovely Brett, tropical dank citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, pretty, juicy, tropical, dank, sweaty. Holy hell. Medium body, high carbonation. I love Anchorage’s Brett strain, and I love Mosaic hops. Pretty much a match made in beer heaven here, and it delivers the goods.

Poured from a Batch #1 bottle. Aroma is very tropical with some light grass notes from the hops. Light malt notes as well. Tons of pineapple, mango and lychee with some lighter citrus and melon notes. Light peppery phenolic notes. Pours a cloudy, pale, yellow straw color with a large, frothy, fairly thick, white head that exhibits average retention as it recedes. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly to moderately acidic with some light malt notes. Medium light phenolics, but definitely stronger than in the aroma. Some moderate pineapple notes with lighter citrus and tropical fruit notes. Moderate bitterness with some light mineral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, the aroma on this beer is amazing but the flavor is too phenolic and hides some of the tropical fruit notes from the aroma. As it warms the phenolics go away a bit, but the flavor still isn’t great.

The beer is pale yellow gold. Large, white head. Fairly cloudy. The aroma has a whole bunch of Mosaic hop flavor. Very bright and floral. Strawberry, melon, pineapple, peach, a little grass. Fruity brett funk. Some fresh grain. Taste is quite dry. The hops come across more grassy. Some pepper. Moderate bitterness. Effervescent feel. Lingering hoppy, bretty fruit. Good beer but the taste doesn’t quite live up to the aroma for me.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out loads of brett, lots of soapy floral hops, and a touch of oak. Super bretty and floral. I wouldn't have discerned the mosaic hops if it wasn't stated on the bottle. Excellent stuff.
