Pours hazy yellow with a large head. Aroma is yeast, hops and lots of brett. Light body. Taste is yeast, hops and lots of funky brett. Long, dry finish.
Very refershing.

Pale yellow colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, resin, pine, light spicy white wine. Mild bitter flavour, hops, resin. Quite dry. Finish white wine, resin, wheat.

Dark yellow 2 finger pillow yellow head. Good yeast presence. Wheat, buckwheat, pils and a European hop present really good mouthfeel. The mosaic and overall bitterness is overwhelming.

(750ml Batch #1 bottle, April 2015, from Systembolaget) Pours a slightly hazy medium orange-gold with a big frothy white head and lace. Aroma is a bit tart, fruity and vinous with notes of papaya, mango, grapefruit, lemon peel, white wine, florals, slightly earthy Brett funk, and light touches of grass, pale doughy malt and oak. On the palate, light and vibrant with lemon/lime/grapefruit, perfumey florals, cut grass and earthy notes at first, a bit lactic. Light to moderate bitter and funky characters take hold towards the finish white acidity persists, citrus peel, grass, lemon juice, oak, dusty dry earth and Brett. Aftertaste is bone dry, florals, grass, lemon peel, oak and a hint of funk. Lightish of body with a really mineral quality and soft effervescent carb. Bright fruity, slightly tart characteristics here probably come from both the hopping and the Brett. Nice new world funky saison indeed, with the oak and funk supporting what is a crisp and refreshing package.

Bottle. Hazy hay yellow liquid with huge, foamy white head. Aroma of barnyard, pineapple, fresh hops, grain, mango and light wood. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of pineapple, grain, light barnyard and light bread. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Bit powdery mouthfeel. Super nice aroma and taste. I’m just a bit tired of dirty Brett.

Bottle at THT. Hazy straw with short lasting white head. Light spicy yeast, light lactic, massive funk, dusty cellar, lemon, cat piss, soft dough. Light sweet and sour and medium bitter. Under medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Quite nice.

Bottle at THT. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a white head. Aroma of cat pee, weeds, light fruits and a touch of malt. Flavour is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sample at THT September. Thin creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Lovely refreshing saison
