Bottled 750ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear yellow/golden coloured, medium to big sized white head, hoppy spicy nose with whiff of grapefruit. Sweetish fruity, light spicy, yeasty and mild touch of hops with discreet Bretty notes. Bit ove-rcarbonated but pleasant. Batch #3.

Hazy pale yellow colour, minimal white head - well, rather some lacing than real head; aroma and taste of brett, lemon, gooseberry, some barnyard and maybe woody notes; great one

Brilliant wild saison, bursting with clove, grass, tart citrus, and loads of funk. Layers of wheat, clove, vanilla, banana, and grass mix with tart citrus, berry, and soap coming from the Mosaics, while the sour 'n funky Brett madness turns the back end into a hoppy, horsey barnyard. Finishes with a good bit of piney bitterness on top of the funk and yeast. Delicious. Gorgeous straw yellow pour with a neverending fluffy white head and crazy lacing. Nose is wheat and horseblanket. Perfect saison texture. Lovely, lovely beer.

Botella 66 cl en el Lúpulo Oviedo 06..11..2017... Cortesía Ádri... Gracias!!!. (r282). Sin lote ni fdcpref legibles en botella. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente fina. Sabores maltosos y cereales algo dulces con toques cítricos frescos, cáscaras de lima y limón, ligeras especias. Suave acidez final, algo menos de la esperada. Cuerpo medio no muy denso y algo gasificado. Buena, para repetir.

Hazy yellow with a tall white head. Soft fruit, light sour, brett, floral, citrus. Medium body that foams a bit. Finally found a style I really enjoy mosaic in.
