750ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Bretty and citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, grapefruit, unripe peach, mild funk, nuttily overtones with a touch of macadamia and peanut. Taste is dry, mildly bretty funky, citrusy and tropical fruity hoppy, notes of orange, lemon, mango, passion fruit, peach, oaky overtones with a cautious hints of vanilla, a touch of macadamia, residual pale malty sweetness; limited lively carbonation. Superbly balanced, very drinkable and refreshing.

Poured from bottle thanks Airforcehops clear gold with a nice effervescent white head. Aromas of brett grass orange honey. Taste is refreshing nice balance between citrus honey grass and funk. A welcome change after a 5 year BCBS vertical.

750 ml bottle, purchased at Leary’s Fine wine. Aroma is mild Brettanomyces, oak, honey, citrus.

Flavor is brighter with citrus then I would have guessed. Good amount of pineapple, mild funk, yeast, and grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, with a grassy, funky finish. A welcome change after a Bourbon County Stout Vertical. I like!

And so it came to pass that six like minded people met on the 20th day of November in the year of 2016: those six people shared twenty five fine beers. This is one of those twenty five. Cork and caged 0.75 litre bottle. Weak, thin white head on a misty golden body. Too citrusy for my delicate palate, semi-sour/bitter, hoofed a few hands full of mixed spices in the brew as well. I almost enjoyed my 6th of the bottle, but don’t tell anyone.

Bottle: Poured a murky beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky Brett notes with some tropical notes form the Mosaic hops. Taste is a good mix of Tropical floral notes with some light dry hoppy notes with some very flavorful funky Brett notes. Body is full with limited filtration and great carbonation. This is one tasty saison and something I wouldn’t mind having on a more regular basis.
