Pineapple, lemon zest, musty basement, grapefruit aroma. Hazy yellow, greenish hue, huge head. Lemon zest, white grape, horse blanket overtones. Light body, soft carbonation. Damn tasty.

bottle from kihoskh. volcanic, don’t leave it out of sight. cloudy yellow, fluffy white head. super nice spicy slightly citrussy not overly hopped delicate refined belgian saison yeasty aroma. very dry and very very nice. Very sublte lemongrass like citrussy notes makes it even more refreshing without becoming herbal or fruity. well done. flavor is bretty, saison yeasty, dry, dry, dry, faint notes of lemongrass or lemon. mostly just dry dry malts and belgian yeast, with a spicy touch. can easily match up with the best real belgian saison’s, and even without hopping the hell out of it.

This hote golde was offered by my fridge just now, A touch hazy golden appearance with a big, stony white head. Aroma has grass, funk, herbs, Brett, lemon, and pineapple. Quite dry. Herbal, grassy, slightly dank hops in the flavor along wth plastic-y Brett, guava, and pineapple. Nice flavor, very dry,. Great.

Bottle. Pours a bright golden color with a modest white head. Aroma is rich with Brett, oak, and mosiac. Herbal and dry. The taste is right on par with the aroma, a swirling blend of mosiac hops and Brett. Some sour notes, floral bitters, and earthy woody dry. Flavors are well integrated, it’s quite smooth and seemless.

750ml bottle. Curious Hop, Otley. Cloudy, dark yellow. Thick, lasting, sticky, white head. Nose has lemony brett. White grape. Pungent, peppery, leafy hop. Some dried citrus peel. Soft funk. Get the oak. Taste is light, fruity sweet. Turns yeasty and dry. Light body. Soft and foamy. Feels a bit thin, though, overall. Yeasty, light dry finish. Pretty decent, but not as juicy as I could fancy.

On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours a lightly hazed yellow color with a white head. The aroma is nice with some grass, tropical fruit and funk. The flavor is the same. Grassy with some blueberry and lots of phenolic funk. Highly carbonated. Good balance of hop, sour and funk. Enjoyable.

Bomber. Nice Mosaic nose, dank, mango, pineapple, onion, passion fruit. Very dry flavor of tropical fruit. Crisp and clean, quite bitter, bretty. Wow this is attenuated! Very good.
