Bottle. Pours a near clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grapefruit with some grass, a bit of pine and a light oaky funk. Flavor has grapefruit as well with oaky funk and a bit of pine and tropical fruits toward the finish.

Te Sampler, Brooklyn bottle: pours golden with white head. Aroma is funky, but clean and well put together; mosaic hops are obviously there. Taste is funky and slightly tart. Low sourness. Mellow hoppiness. Very nice.

Pours light gold with good carbonation and high foamy top. Aroma has mango, bit of barnyard funk. Taste is light and airy with some tropics in there, bit of bitterness and light fruit salad. Drinks dangerously easy, feels very light. Dry-bitter aftertaste that lingers bitterly a bit longer.

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal, jan-16: lett uklar, lys gylden med tett hvitt skum som varer. En superfrisk og akkurat passe besk saison med alle de inntrykkene jeg liker så godt - citron, lime, pepper, krydder. Og med en lekker ettersmak! Vi fikk denne rett etter den grasiøse, champagenaktige Whiteout Wit Bier, og hvis jeg kunne velge ville jeg hatt mer av begge to. Et kjærkomment gjensym på Mi2 feb-19: overstående notater tiltredes!

Shared bottle @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of drain, metal, tropical fruits, cat piss, effervescent powder, pepper. Tastes bitter with a little sweet fruitiness. Dry mouth feel, tart finish. Complex, but most likely infected.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 18.01.16. Slightly hazy pale straw colour. Fairly persistent white head and lacing. Strong aroma of sophisticated cat pee, white pepper and pale citrus. Similar taste. Dry and quite fizzy. Complex and still quaffable.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Fairly clear pale golden colour, huge white head. Aroma of Mosaic hops with notes of peaches and tropical fruits, also brettanomycers, oak, saison yeast and mild spices. Crisp and refreshing flavour, mild spicy notes from the saison yeast, brett and oak, decent hops throughout. Good beer!

Pours hazy pale yellow color with white head. Fruity, citrusy, grassy, and bretty aromas. Bitter grapefruit rind flavor with some grass, lemon and brett. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Crisp and refreshing.

Bottle - Bright, grassy citrus and some funk. Clearish gold with a rich white head. As it smells with a nice funk and brightness. Nicely done.
