Cloudy, thin head. Aroma is orangey, sweet lemon hop with brett and clean pale malt. Similar palate, lots of pale malt, light brett, quite a bit of bitterness. Yeasty, too. Decent, but more time would help its development.

New Year Bottle Share in Odense - DeDolleWaitor 15k Celebration. Hazy golden with a big white head. Big and complex fruity aroma with white grape, pineapple, apricot and citrus, along with a funky touch. Fruity and funky flavour with a touch of oak. Dry but with a fruity sweetness. Very elegant

Bottleshare @ Rekviums Pizza Palace, Odense C. My fifteen thousand party bash. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Oak, wood, brett, grass and pineapple. Perfect balance and just insanely drinkable like the rest of the anchorage range.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, citrus fruits, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, citrus fruits, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from Kihoskh. Clear yellow with a big and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, bretty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish. 311215

Corked bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver; apparently, no BBE date on the bottle
Hazyto cloudy pale blond color with generous and peristent head. The aroma is penetrating, extremely funky, and the animal character of the Mosaic contributes to that. The mouthfeel is bone dry, as such the malt can’t show much; the Bretty/funky character again is very present, the bitterness quite strong, with some hop resins and some orange peel.
Perfect yeast choice, and a nice idea overall; excellent beer, I have nevertheless to take one point away because of the rather steep price (22$).

Bottle@Yesprs - Golden pour with medium white head. Aroma and taste is a medley of citric fruits and floral and grassy hoppy nuances, some crisp fruity notes, light grassy into the finish, very nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is smooth fruity, bretty and citrusy. Smooth fruity and peachy, smooth fruity and solid hoppy. Bitter and solid hoppy finish.

Flaska från SB drucken med ölföreningen. Gyllengul, disig med stort skum och mycket kolsyra. Grön pigg humle med lime, yuzu, passionsfrukt, örter, gräs, lite brett. Frik, lite syrlig, torr och ganska stram, lätt brettad och lite stallkänsla. Lätt beska. Fantastiskt gott.
