Keg at CP&K. It pours hazy gold with a medium white head. The nose is musty, farty, barnyard, funk, straw, brett, dirt and over-ripe citrus. The taste is crisp, bitter, peppery spice, funk, oak, brett, zesty lemon, citrus peel, green apple and straw with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Quite easy going. Crisp and drinkable.

Bottle. A- Citrus, subtle funk, latex. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Citrus, pineapple, lemons, funky, barnyard, slightly sour, tart. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, funky finish. O- Better than most beers I’ve had from Anchorage. It was pretty fresh so the Brett hadn’t taken total control yet...thank God. It was good but I don’t think I’d ever seek it out again.

Thanks for sharing the bottle Tim! Pours a neon gold with a big soapy white head. The nose is very pineapple forward with some light citrus and light brett in the background. Light body with good carbonation. Quite bitter on the palate. Finish is bitter and a bit one-dimensional. Not bad.

Thanks TimE for sharing the bottle (11/18/2015)! Poured into a wine glass showing whitish yellow with a finger of light white foam. The nose is shows light notes of celery and upon warming up showing barely perceivable, subdued pineapple. The palate is light bodied and moderately carbonated. Bittering hops appear throughout and on the linger. Not much else (Original score - 2.8) Re-rating on at Churchkey (9/7/2016). Tap into a snifter showing well filtered neon yellow with two fingers of clean white foam. The nose shows juicy grapefruit and citrus notes. Palate is fully carbonated and medium bodied but light and juicy with big notes of sweet blood orange ending on a light white wine bitterness and a big zesty finish. This is head and shoulders above the bottle.

Golden color. Fairly frothy white head. Lovely dry nose with lots of dried tropical fruits and Brett is subtle. The mouth has medium carbonation with modest brett, but not nearly as dry and crisp as I would expect. The Brett envelopes the mouth, not nearly as funky and crazy as I could’ve imagined. Fairly bitter finish. Not bad but over rated

Keg at CPK - London. Pours lightly unclear yellow-gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Certainly some pissy hops in the nose, light pine, pale bread, grapefruit. Light to medium sweet flavor with a bit of wheat bread, lemon peel, faint funk, grapefruit pith, a little cat pee. Medium bodied with average carboantion. Nicely balanced on the finish, with nips of brett funk, citrusy hops, some grapefruit, melon, wheat. Great stuff from start to finish.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, lively coarse head. Funky nose with pineapple, hay and coconut. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Citrus, cobwebs and dill. Sweaty tangerines lead to a mid bitter finish. Classy, relaxed and modern.
