A crisp, hop-forward escape from the heat.
Fría is our bold yet brilliantly refreshing take on the Cold IPA—built to showcase hop expression while delivering a clean, easy-drinking finish. Crafted with a simple grain bill of primarily Pilsner malt and cold-fermented with ale yeast, this brew provides a crisp backdrop that lets the hops truly shine.

Heavily dry-hopped with Belma, Comet, Columbus, and the newly named Krush (formerly HBC 586), Fría bursts with vibrant notes of grapefruit zest, peachy tropical fruit, and a bouquet of floral-fruity aromatics. The result is a flavor-forward IPA with balanced bitterness, subtle malt sweetness, and a smooth, refreshing mouthfeel that invites sip after sip.

Tasting Notes:
Tropical fruit • Grapefruit citrus • Floral hop aroma • Crisp malt • Soft, clean finish

Capped 500 from Corti Bros. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate white head. Aroma has a lot of fruit, but also a lot of other things. Med plus body. Nice level of carbonation. Pretty dry. Pretty bitter. Nearly obscured pale malt supports grapefruit pith. passion fruit and some pale prunus fruit. Very nice flavor.
