Brother Sal is a beer that aims to amplify the concern for and support of stable salmon survival and uses consciously sourced ingredients which help create cleaner waters and ecosystems. Swift aromas of lemon peel and authoritative west coast flavors jump out at you as you continue your journey of beer upstream. This beer features salmon safe malts from Skagit Valley Malting, as well as additions of Salmon Safe Comet and Simcoe hops. As the first official Salmon Safe Release in the Bay Area, we hope this beer provides better transparency over how local Craft Beer can make a difference in benefitting our impact on wildlife.
