For our 8th anniversary we wanted to show off some of the depth that we have built into our stout program. This is 1 of the 3 barrels that make up the blend known as “Streams,” presented on its own, unblended. This beer is our wheat stout stream.

It is a stout we brew that also has a large wheat component in the grist. It is a nightmare to mash and lauter, but the unctuous mouthfeel and decidedly decadent stout base is worth it!

It was aged in a Basil Hayden barrel for 16 months.
