This 1 & 2 year Mixed fermentation Blend was re-fermented on 680 kilograms of raspberries and rhubarb from Steve and Dan's Fresh BC Fruits for 2 months.
The Time spent on the raspberries and rhubarb adds the intense flavour, aromas, and texture of these fruit as well as notable juicy raspberry, earthy rhubarb, and candy like notes. This is all balanced by a meduim acidity and bright high carbonation.
