Bien sèche et délicatement rustique, le passage en barrique apporte une belle complexité, à la fois vineuse, boisée et fruitée, tout en subtilité en en équilibre.
Accord : fromages de type Manchego ou brochettes de poulet au citron.

Lightly unfiltered golden-yelllow colour with a bunch of tiny, transparent particles through it. A white head that is very bath-fluffy, lasting very long and leaving nice, thicker lacing. Lemon nose with some mineral, medicinal notes and a touch of white wine grapes. This continues into the taste with a tad bitterness near the end, and hints of pears, apples. Gets hazier as it pours. A thinner, crisp mouthfeel with good dryness. This one starts off on the milder side, but does build up to be a very nice Grisette.

A golden saison with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, nice crisp biscuit malt with grassy hops, light Brett, light cork, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet mix of light ground cherry, light lactic notes, light cork, Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
