This beer is a single barrel base gerste brewed in april 2021 and has matured in barrels for about 35 months. After fermenting and maturing it was transferred onto a nice bit of black cambodian kampot peppercorns and macerated for a couple of weeks.

Dark yellow colour with thin head. Aroma has very floral fresh peppercorn notes and lots of wood. Starts full and malty with lots of sherry soaked wood. Tart but also full bodied and well balanced.
