Draft. Clear dark brown color, big tan head. Aroma of vanilla, coffee, booze. Taste has more vanilla, dark roast coffee, cocoa, booze. Tasty.

Bomber from La Riviera in Sacramento, CA. Pours very dark brown with a beige/tan head. My first thought as I inhaled was peanuts. Now it’s toffee and vanilla. Med + body. Flavor is mixed at first, and then seems a mix of Kraft caramels - 3/4 caramel and 1/4 chocolate. Then there’s some wood. But it’s not astringent - I’m guessing the sugar cancels that. Make the mixed caramel a bit vanilla. Make the mix lightly bourbon flavored. Maybe Kraft’s had some vanilla, but I haven’t had one for awhile. Not finding any bothersome heat. It does get a bit unusual - eventually it seems that sucking on a piece of wood is part of it. This is not the sort of BA drink I usually have - but it’s certainly a very nice variation. Nice that the bourbon didn’t get overly strong. Kudos!
