A bright American IPA brewed with Strata and Simcoe hops. The clear golden beer has a citrus-forward and resinous aroma. The flavor is rich yet fresh. Palate is lead by essential oils of citrus fruits – grapefruit, pomelo and orange. The finish adds a resinous hop bite and lingering bitterness. A true traditional classic American style IPA.

200ml draught at Pühaste Taproom Tallinn. Shared with Finn. Hanging lacing from a decent white head, hazy golden body. Citrus smell, inviting. Fine blended citrus taste, hints of orange and grapefruits. Resinous bittering moments towards the ending. Pleasing. (Tallinn, 05.11.2025).
