West Coast IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Casa Agria. Brewed with pale malt, locally grown and malted pilsner malt and rye from Rabbit Hill Farms, and a kiss of light crystal malt. Brewed and dry hopped exclusively with Cascade, though from three distinctive growing regions (MI, WA, and NZ). A truly nostalgic "old school" IPA pouring a super clear deep copper, Cascades wafts with layers of the perfect citrus notes of spruce tips, spicy rye bread crust, orange peels, and just a little pomelo cake. Refreshingly balanced, relatively dry, crisp, and a more pronounced clean bitterness than modern times tend to dictate really makes for a fun change of pace in today's hops world.
