Framboise Style French Inspired Farmhouse Ale. We split-off 1/3 of our La Résistance and re-fermented it with red raspberry concentrate, which is evident in its lovely pink hue and slightly higher ABV. Raspberry dominates the aroma and follows through onto the palate. The yeast complexity and acidity come into play more in the flavor, and linger in the finish. Though the fruit contribution is strong, the saison yeast leaves little sweetness in the beer and finishes dry. This is a special limited batch available in cans and sixtels only
