Slightly hazy pale yellow with a small white head. sweet and tart up front but turns dry with a tropical fruit note. Long finish. Medium body.

Flavor-wise I get more cucumber than anything. I’d have hoped for more elderflower. Quite tart, and the specific acidity is a little…vomit-y. Heavy, heavy carbonation. Underwhelmed by this one.
