A kolsch is lager-like and an animatronic robot is animal-like. Thus, the birth of Animatronic Kolsch.
2021 Batch:
This one is very delicately dry hopped w/ Huell Melon hops for a subtle melon and grass kick over top of the crisp, crackery base.
2022 Batch:
This one is very delicately dry hopped w/ Mandarina Bavaria hops for a subtle tangerine and grass kick over top of the crisp, crackery base.
