For 2023 we rested the beer for 15 months in Westward Whiskey barrels and finished it on cacao nibs and vanilla beans from Ecuador, Indonesia, Uganda, and Madagascar. We think it comes through very chocolate forward with a well balanced deep vanilla character from the blend of origins we selected.
