This Belgian style farmhouse ale is floral and refreshing with a hoppy bitterness. Pink peppercorns, grapefruit peels and hibiscus flowers were used to accentuate this yeast styles already fruity and spicy characteristics.

Very floral - the grapefruit gets a bit lost other than a vague citrus body. Soft finish and slight bitterness.
