From tap at Mout fest Arnhem 2018. Aroma is sweetish malt with some quinoa (I guess) and soft fruity hints. Flavour is mild sweet and bitter, body is medium. Mild in aroma and flavour. Okay-ish, bit dull.

Huge, fine and dense, light yellowish head, stable over fiercely carbonated, clear orange-golden beer. Soft grainy nose, faintly dusty, cucumber, manure, soft non-citrus fruit. Again this strange concoction from the nose, but twice as intense. No doubt the quinoa. Light bitterish surrounding. Very smooth texture, good carbonation, light to medium bodied. The quinoa does make a difference - all the difference, whilst the hops are subdued. Hence, I would classify this one as ’Speciality grain’, rather than APA.

Tap at NBFD. Light hazy golden with white head. Milky, light puke, rotten quinoa, sweet malts and sugar. Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied. Not good.
