Spontaneous Manifesto is the Monolith’s quintessential 100% Spontaneous Fermentation beer. Made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, this blend of 1, 2, & 3 year barrels exemplifies the full range of what different vintage barrels can offer. The result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. It showcases classic stone fruit, apple & citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity.
