DRY HOPPED GOSE WITH SPRUCE TIPS
Super Spruce owes its immense pine aromatics to a double dose of resin. The new growth of spruce trees layered with Chinook hops create a complex profile of fresh pine that includes floral, citrus, cola, and bubble gum undertones. This unboiled beer is luminous and hazy with a grapefruit-like acidity that perfectly showcases the bright coniferous flavors rounded off by a touch of sea salt.

16 oz can. Aroma is spruce, chalky, silicone, lime. Pours hazy pale golden with a one finger bone-white head that settles into a ring and skiff of foam after a minute. Taste is moderately sour (7/10) and fairly salty with flavors of citrus, spruce, and salt. Mouthfeel is perfectly carbonated. Crisp and refreshing. Seems a lot more tasty and interesting than the first time I had it a few years ago.

On tap at Beer Street South, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saline, spruce, and a bit of flatulence. Flavour is full of big spruce, some lacto, tart citrus, and saline. Nice incorporation of the spruce, not too acidic or yogurty. Good stuff.

Cloudy yellow with white head and medium carbonation. Medium bodied. Funky fruit aroma, lemon lime taste and finish from the spruce tips. Very refreshing.

Can, small bubbly head, light hazy and quite pale yellow colour, lots of pine, shrubs and grapefruit with hints of tropical fruits, and white vinous notes, medium lemony sourness and some light lactic notes, hint of grapefruit bitterness. Excellent stuff.
