On tap at Beer Street South, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saline, spruce, and a bit of flatulence. Flavour is full of big spruce, some lacto, tart citrus, and saline. Nice incorporation of the spruce, not too acidic or yogurty. Good stuff.

Cloudy yellow with white head and medium carbonation. Medium bodied. Funky fruit aroma, lemon lime taste and finish from the spruce tips. Very refreshing.

Can, small bubbly head, light hazy and quite pale yellow colour, lots of pine, shrubs and grapefruit with hints of tropical fruits, and white vinous notes, medium lemony sourness and some light lactic notes, hint of grapefruit bitterness. Excellent stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a large creamy white head. Aroma is resin, but tart is clearly part of this. Arguably med body. Flavor is spruce/pine and salt. Tart, but quite approachable.
