Less than a mile from where the River Alt meets the River Mersey as they flow into Liverpool Bay, lies Alt Cottage, the home of Brennan’s Cider. Here, we produce our exclusive, small batch, whole juice, handcrafter cider.
The Grange is made from the full juice of locally sourced Dabinett cider apples and Bramley apples. The juice is fermented to dryness and blended to produce a smooth, rich cider that showcases the tannins and hints of orange, spice and cloves that are characteristic of the bittersweet Dabinett apple, complemented by the fresh lemon citrust flavours of the acid led Bramley apple. 750ml. 6.2%.

750ml bottle. Pale yellow golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, juicy fruit, mucky funk hint. Taste is tart, appley, fleshy, funky, with some citric notes and bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
