A vibrant brew to celebrate our third Bullapolooza and the arrival of the newest member of the Bullhouse team. This is a tart and refreshing sour beer with a twist of lemon, dry hopped with delicious citrussy Luminosa hops.

Keg at Smugglers Tavern, Fitzrovia. Opaque amber gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma is sour - tart citrus. Flavourwise it's also citrusy and tart. Clean, as it were. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-flat carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice.

Keg at Vinny & Ted, Beaconsfield old town, 13/09/2025.
Almost clear golden orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is lemon rind, damp cloth, lime zest, straw, hedgerow.
Taste comprises light funk, grass, lemon rind, herb, hay bale.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering rasp.
Tidy enough refresher.
