A bright, refreshing, and sharply tart beer. We used our French Saison yeast, and boosted it with additions of Lemongrass and Lemon Peel for a lovely brightness, and doubled down by adding pureed lemon for a refreshing tart flavor that compliments the subtly spicy flavor.
