Taster on tap at Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours very pale straw coloured with a modest, white head. Grainy and and somewhat fruity with citrusy notes and hints of yeasty. Strange and somewhat watery, but quite refreshing. Carbonation is fairly high, but not fizzy.
