Experimental #3. We were fortunate to experiment with this new, small lot variety to lend a hand giving the crew at Crosby some sensory notes, as well as having y'all enjoy this new hoppy beer in our tasting rooms

Fermented with our house kolsch yeast at a cooler
temperature for a clean, crisp mouthfeel. We get notes of lemon/lime, tamarind soda, tangelo, pine resin, bubblegum, subtle peach, herbal spice, and Woodburn terroir. Soft, hoppy, crushable.
