Bedford is an English inspired Dark Mild Ale brewed with a base of Maris Otter as well as some Chocolate Wheat and other specialty malts. Hopped entirely with East Kent Golding and conditioned in-package for a beautifully full & soft carbonation to mimic true cask ale. This highlyyyyy quaffable beaut has rich & comforting notes of chocolate brownies, pumpernickel toast, toffee, hazelnut & oolong tea.
