Bellmore Bitter is an English Pale Ale brewed with Maris Otter and a touch of biscuit malt. Generously hopped in the kettle with East Kent Golding and Crosby hops estate grown Centennial. As with all of our English Style Ales, this one was
packaged using the speise method, wherein we add fresh wort to the finished beer, acting as a priming agent to naturally carbonate the beer in its respective vessels. We're getting notes of citrus marmalade, medium well toast, sun tea, pine resin, and thrift store books.
