From tap at Café De Koffer, Groningen. As Free Will Orcestrated (2017). Big weird funk with grain, damp wood, nuts (?), lacto, straw, more complex funk throughout. Some fruity notes including tart apple. Raw grain. Medium sour, mildly acidic. Odd at first but it grew on me.

Sample at Sour Barn Bash 2016. Clear yellow color. Aroma of fruity white wine. Taste is vinous stone fruit, soft sourness. Very tasty.
