American pale ale brewed with Brettanomyces, aged in one of our oak foeders, then dry hopped with Galaxy, Motueka, and Sabro. One of the fun projects we’ve been messing around with in our oak/ mixed culture program. Notes of calamansi citrus, pineapple, vanilla, oak, and Brett funk.
