Medium-full bodied red ale that has massive amounts of hops that balance well with the sweetness of the malt used. Deep red with a nose of caramel and toffee and a flavor of orange marmalade on the palate creates a fantastically deceptive beer that should be shipped to enjoy the nuances of flavors that present as the beer slowly warms

Caged and corked bottle brought back from SC. Slight hiss on removing the VERY tight cork. A murky medium amber brown pour no head or lacing. Big aromas of toasted malts, light brown sugars and raisons/dates. Most light burnt sugars and over ripe raison and pear. Thick smooth palate. Scant carbonation. Big beer.
