Low in alcoholic strength but delivering big, juicy flavours thanks to a Maris Otter base and generous helpings of whole cone Centennial and Celeia hops in the boil and a hefty Simcoe dry hop. A light, crisp and refreshing Pale Ale with loads of character and deep satisfying flavour.

Keg at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden. Clear gold. Thin foamy translucent white head primarily sticks to the rim. Aroma has resin and spice with underlying malts. Flavourwise it has resin and spice again, with watery citrus. Light-medium bodied..Sofy lazily fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Punchy stuff.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - pale yellow and cloudy. Thin white head, not particularly carbonated.
Nose - orange, floral and lime.
Taste - more of the same, light breadiness.
Palate - light bodied, dry and bitter finish.
Overall - decent. Not sure this can was properly carbonated, will have to try another.
