Our collaboration brew with FŌM is an ultra refreshing Dry Hopped Lager.
The grain bill has flaked rice and corn for an extra crisp body and we dry hopped with Motueka, Citra, and Southern Cross Hop Kief from Freestyle Hops.
Lemon, lime and white grape combine with herbal notes to give a lovely combination of hop expression while staying very drinkable.
The idea for this beer was to dry hop with some 'new world' hops but not just make a West Coast IPA, and we think we've done just that.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a large, fluffy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick, sticky, curtains of soapy lace. Aroma of rice, lime, white grape and herbal hops. Sweet fruity flavour of rice, white grape, lemon, honeydew melon, floral and herbal hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and pretty tasty for a lager.

473mL can, pours a clear pale golden with a large white head. Aroma has light tangy, melony hops, seltzer notes, crackery malt, and a hint of allium. Flavour is dry, with crackery malt, some herbaceous hops, and seltzery notes. Not getting the NZ hop, nor the Citra (thankfully). Pretty standard lager that’s slightly hoppier than usual. Fine.
