An atypical sour mead, in which the 2023 harvest of Paplakas Papiņi and Antonovka apples meet a wholehive mead with heather, chamomile and meadowsweet in the tastescape of spontaneous fermentation with second hand grapes from Bauska. The aroma combines notes of chamomile, apple and propolis, which on the tongue are complemented by the fruitiness of apples and grapes with Nordic acidity and the funk of wild yeasts. A truly interdisciplinary fermented drink with a pleasantly refreshing aftertaste.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear pale straw with no head. Sour green apple, floral, cinnamon, very zesty, lime juice, light mineral, heather honey. Over medium sour, very light sweet. Over light bodied.
