An oak-aged ale refermented on Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
A fruit forward and oak-aged farmhouse ale refermented on whole cluster Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Yakima Valley. Cab joins our line up of farmhouse ales that tease the line between wine and beer.

On tap at Fair Isle, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma has gentle oak, subtle red wine tannins, and rustic notes. Flavour has tons of red wine tannins, oak, and rustic saison yeast. Tannic, oak, and buggy in great cohesion. Excellent.

Ruby colour and pinky head. Tart cherry aroma, a bit funky. Light-bodied. Dry, some berries, simple. Putoooja'25
