We teamed up with our pal and Flyers forward, Garnet Hathaway, along with Flyers Charities, to brew this citrus-forward IPA in support of Garnet and his wife, Lindsey’s, initiative, Hath’s Heroes. This program supports local first responders and their families through events and meaningful opportunities for fans and partners to give back and make a real impact in the lives of those who serve and protect our communities.
Engine 19 IPA is the product of our shared vision with Garnet: creating a beer that not only tastes good but does good. We worked closely with Garnet to create a beer that’s both flavorful and meaningful, with a recipe inspired by community connection, approachability, and celebration. The result is a 6.5% ABV IPA featuring Simcoe, Chinook and Citra hops for aromas of pine and pithy citrus rounded out by flavors of passion fruit, toffee and biscuit.

12 ounce can. Number one with a slap shot. Orange gold color. Pillowy white head. Aroma of dank citrus and pine. Flavor is bittersweet citrus. Notes of grapefruit and orange pith. Some toasted malt in middle. Finishes with a hint of resiny pine. Quite enjoyable. Let’s go FLYERS!
