Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale gold, medium transparent, with some fine white foam. Aroma is herbal, lemony, recalling some dish detergents. Body is average, with limited carbonation, nice astringency, and a little oily. Taste is markedly sour, a little bitter. Final is fairly long for a sour, with persistent astringency.
