I have a 12 oz can located at the Ft. Worth Total Wine while in town for a nearby Texas Rangers ballgame. My Cowtown snifter acquired at the local brewery several years ago pulls duty this late afternoon. I see a pale yellow body, plenty of carbonation and a healthy snow white head. It smells like a basic lager. The taste is generally likewise in-sync. Grain, straw, some citrus and, wait, is there a touch of hops in there? There is a time and a place for a beer like this. Maybe add a slice of lime later.
