On tap at the brewery. Labeled as "fresh lambic" Pours with a hazy golden body and a fluffy-creamy bone colored head. Aroma is butter with oak, vinegar and brett. Taste is funky with very light citrus, fruit and vinegar. Not tart/sour enough, but a good start. Light bubbles. I like where they are headed with this.
